As part of the founding member of the firm, he started his auditing career at Ernst & Young in their audit and assurance. Looi has more than 16 years of extensive portfolio management and experience on audit with Ernst & Young LLP and 6 year public practise. He served audit client from various industries, include money changing, funds, education, statutory board, not-for profit, technology, real estate and construction,logistic, manufacturing, semi-contractor which ranges from listed company, privately owned companies and diversified multinational companies.

Experienced in overseeing important multi-national clients and listed companies. Experienced in coordinating global audit teams and working closely with management and component teams in reporting audit issues and results and offering solution in improving internal control processes on external finanical reporting.

He is currently a fellow member of ACCA and member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)

Siow Hong has over 14 years of experience in statutory audits for both international and local companies. Her expertise covers a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, fintech, large charities and non-profit organisations, property development, and investment holdings.

Before joining Nexton Assurance PAC, she was an Audit Partner at HLB Atrede LLP, where she led complex audit engagements and advised clients across diverse sectors.

She is a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and is well-regarded for her technical expertise, practical insights, and commitment to delivering quality assurance services.

Grace is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in audit and assurance services, serving clients across industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, education, and non-profit organisations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the United Kingdom.
