Accounting Services
- Able to handle all types of external accounting jobs from various industries
- Responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Financial management and monthly/quarterly accounting jobs for clients
- Timely preparation of clients’ year-end accounts and submission of management reports
- Prepare quarterly GST schedules and be responsible for quarterly GST submission
- Multi-task and work independently with initiative, whilst maintaining communication on the status of accounting jobs
- Diploma or degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or Business Studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting software is an advantage
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle deadlines with commitment
- Hardworking and positive attitude, with ability to work as team or individually
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Taxation
- Preparation and review of tax returns for individuals, companies, and partnerships
- Provide tax advice in compliance to client and ensure compliance to statutory requirements
- Identifying tax planning opportunities to help clients minimize tax liabilities within legal frameworks.
- Liaising with the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) both in writing and verbally to resolve tax matters efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tax consultancy, audit, or corporate tax.
- Good knowledge of Singapore and Malaysian tax laws.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Assist clients in ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, meeting all tax filing deadlines for both corporate and individual tax.
- Prepare tax computations for individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and withholding tax for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Ensure the timely completion of all assigned deliverables and provide high-quality tax services.
- Engage in effective communication with clients and colleagues to enhance service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and drive efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Mentor, guide junior staff and interns.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
- A Diploma in Accountancy, or a Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA).
- Accreditation by the Malaysian Tax Academy (or similar certification) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of tax experience.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian GST (SST) is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to solve problems, work under pressure, and demonstrate resilience when facing challenges.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Provide tax advisory services to clients on tax planning, applications for tax incentives and exemptions.
- Prepare clients’ corporate tax returns and submissions.
- Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities.
- Member of Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals preferred
- Bachelor of Finance/Accounting, Professional Qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional tax practice
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well with employees at all levels
